YOUR PAYMENT / YOUR REPORTING

What amount is reported each month?

Monthly memberships are reported each month based on the monthly membership payment. When you pay annually, your paid annual membership amount is used in monthly reporting throughout your 12-month membership term.

PlanMonthly payment and reporting amountAnnual paymentAnnual payment amount used in monthly reporting
Spark$55$660$660
Booster$65$770$770
Growth$85$1,020$1,020
Zenith$175$2,100$2,100

With Spark, you can pay $55 monthly or $660 annually. If you pay annually, we use your $660 annual membership payment in monthly reporting throughout your membership year. You are charged once for the year; reporting does not create additional monthly charges or an unpaid balance.

Annual Booster membership is $770, saving $10 compared with twelve monthly payments of $65. Reporting reflects your Diginetics membership account; it is not a cash payment, loan, or guarantee of financing. Bureau processing and display may vary.

Your membership payments and account records.

We report eligible Diginetics membership account activity under your plan terms. Invoices you send to your own customers through Spark are separate from your Diginetics membership invoices.

Pay attention to your Diginetics invoice amount, due date, and account status. Late or unpaid balances can affect the information reported. Software activity is not a substitute for making required payments.

If information appears incorrect, contact support@diginetics.io with your business name, the affected period, and a description of the issue. Do not email sensitive payment credentials. The team can explain the review process and any information needed through an appropriate channel.

Experian reporting: your questions, answered.

Which credit bureau does Diginetics report to?

Diginetics reports eligible membership account activity to Experian’s business credit reporting system. Reporting is included with Spark, Booster, Growth, and Zenith memberships under the applicable plan terms.

How often is my membership reported?

We report eligible membership account activity monthly. Monthly plans use your monthly membership payment amount. Paid annual plans use the annual payment made throughout the 12-month membership term. See the amounts for each plan.

When will Diginetics appear on my Experian business report?

Monthly submission and the date an account appears on your report are different steps. Experian’s processing and business-record matching affect when information becomes visible. We do not promise a fixed appearance date. Contact support@diginetics.io if you need to check your submission status.

How can I check my Experian business credit report?

Use Experian’s business credit report service to find and review your company’s report. Business credit reports are separate from personal credit reports. Experian’s report and monitoring products have their own pricing and terms.

What business information should I keep current?

Keep your legal business name, business address, EIN, and contact details accurate in your Diginetics account. Let our support team know when those details change so we can review your account records.

What if my payment or account information is incorrect?

Contact support@diginetics.io with your business name, the affected period, and the item you want reviewed. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details. You can also use Experian’s business credit dispute process to request a review of information on your Experian report.
