ABOUT DIGINETICS

See what comes next.
Build from where you are.

Diginetics helps you manage customer inquiries, documents, invoices, and QR campaigns while reporting eligible membership account activity. When you need a website, app, or custom workflow, our agency team can help you plan a separate project.

Two ways we support your business.

MEMBERSHIP

Spark membership

Everyday software tools and eligible business payment reporting, with practical guidance to help you get started.

CUSTOM PROJECTS

Agency services

Websites, apps, business phone systems, and custom workflows discussed through discovery and quoted separately.

THE WAY WE WORK

Useful tools. Clear choices. Room to grow.

Diginetics brings everyday customer tasks together with eligible business credit reporting. Our starting point is the work you need to complete: an inquiry to answer, a document to sign, an invoice to send, or a promotion to measure.

Membership gives you tools to use in your own business. When you need a larger build, our agency team helps define a separate project around your requirements. You can compare membership, explore a setup guide, or ask a focused question before deciding.

SOFTWARE / REPORTING / PAYMENTS

Your questions, answered.

What does Spark include?

Forms, fill and sign, invoicing, QR analytics, and Diginetics business credit reporting under the applicable membership terms.

Is Diginetics providing a loan?

Spark is a software membership with an eligible business payment reporting relationship. A membership does not guarantee financing.

Do agency services qualify for Net 30?

Agency services are not eligible for Net 30. Agency projects are scoped and quoted separately.

Which credit bureau does Diginetics report to?

Diginetics reports eligible membership account activity to Experian’s business credit reporting system. Reporting is included with Spark, Booster, Growth, and Zenith memberships under the applicable plan terms.

How often is my membership reported?

We report eligible membership account activity monthly. Monthly plans use your monthly membership payment amount. Paid annual plans use the annual payment made throughout the 12-month membership term. See the amounts for each plan.

When will Diginetics appear on my Experian business report?

Monthly submission and the date an account appears on your report are different steps. Experian’s processing and business-record matching affect when information becomes visible. We do not promise a fixed appearance date. Contact support@diginetics.io if you need to check your submission status.

How can I check my Experian business credit report?

Use Experian’s business credit report service to find and review your company’s report. Business credit reports are separate from personal credit reports. Experian’s report and monitoring products have their own pricing and terms.

What business information should I keep current?

Keep your legal business name, business address, EIN, and contact details accurate in your Diginetics account. Let our support team know when those details change so we can review your account records.

What if my payment or account information is incorrect?

Contact support@diginetics.io with your business name, the affected period, and the item you want reviewed. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details. You can also use Experian’s business credit dispute process to request a review of information on your Experian report.

How do I understand my reporting information?

Monthly plans receive monthly reporting based on the monthly membership payment. Paid annual plans receive monthly reporting based on the annual payment throughout the 12-month membership term. See the amounts for each plan. For submission status or corrections, contact support@diginetics.io.

What happens if I pay late?

Missed or late payments can be reported as late or unpaid. Review the applicable payment terms and contact support if a record needs correction.

How does cancellation work?

Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans have a 12-month commitment. Review the activation refund windows, cancellation requirements, and renewal terms before joining.
